Mint Mojito

Mojitos and limes.

This is our most popular drink requested by clients as one of the signature menu drinks to serve at events. And for good reason, this drink is simple, clean, refreshing and super easy to drink. It’s also easily mocktail-able so kids can get in on the yummy, minty, lime-ade-y goodness.

You can kick this up a notch by making your own simple syrup at home and infusing it with goodies like berries and even mint (yes, I know you’re going to muddle it in the beginning of the drink–but infusing it gives it a more consistent body and mint flavor).

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
2 oz simple syrup (or mint-infused simple syrup)
2 oz white rum
Splash of soda
3 lime wedges
3 mint sprigs

In a collins glass, muddle 2 mint sprigs and 2 lime wedges with simple syrup. Add ice then rum. Toss a couple of times. Add splash of soda and garnish with mint and lime.
